We’ll admit it, beef takes pride of place at Boefish. It’s USDA and CAB, aged for at least 30 days for maximum tenderness and centre-cut for maximum flavour. But look beyond our scrumptiously broiled beef and you’ll see a choice of fish and seafood that’s second to none, and dish after dish we serve doing it justice. Boefish’s US-imported broiler is unique in Quebec. It sears the meat with infrared heat at a temperature of 1600°F—a distinctive cooking procedure that makes for an incredibly juicy piece of meat with exceptional flavour. Our wine cellar has a selection of over 100 bottles, including great vintages carefully chosen by the house. We also offer an exceptional collection of wines by the glass, microbrewery beers and an irresistible lineup of exotic cocktails.
